All requests for returns on stock (not custom) items except for damaged or defective items must be made within 3 days of the delivery date. Please inspect all packaging as it arrives and note any damage with the shipping company. All returned merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc., with the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number clearly printed on the outside of the package within ten days of the return request. All custom orders cannot be returned. Once a order has started production it cannot be cancelled.
Please email Display Firm to receive the RMA number and Authorization. Any shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items nor are we responsible for shipments using a customer shipper number or third-party shipper number. The customer will be responsible for the shipping claim.
All returns are susceptible to a 25% restocking charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please do not return damaged or defective items. Call our customer service number ___________________for assistance within 3 days of the delivery date. It is very important to remember to note any shipping damage on the paperwork you are given to sign. Otherwise, the carrier may deny your claim.
We calculate the appropriate shipping charges when in the checking out process. We ship Federal Express or motor freight when warranted. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible and will not be liable for any third-party carrier delaying in delivery of products on a specific day if the order was shipped out on the day specified when the artwork was approved.
Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Display Firm from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from, or relating to Customer’s provision, or an end user’s use, of Customer’s Content, or any act, error, or omission of Customer in connection therewith, including but not limited to matters relating to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information; libel; invasion of privacy; infringement of a copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property or other right; or violation of any applicable law.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace or refund upon inspection of the product. If we make a mistake on an order due to our workmanship such as printing problems resulting from material or equipment issues we will reprint and ship back to you free of charge. If the color is critical on your job you should order a reduced size hard proof that will show you exactly how the color will look on the live job. Then if we don’t reasonably match the proof, we will reprint at no charge to you. If you did not order a hard copy proof, then we will reprint for you, but you will be charged for the reprint along with a color match charge.
All Display Firm graphics for an indoor application hold a limited graphic warranty for one year. All graphics produced for an outdoor application hold a limited warranty for 6 months. All hardware items are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a specific period of time. Warranties and warranty periods from product to product and manufacturer to manufacturer and are outlined in the product descriptions.
